Kellman: To move the passing of a Resolution to approve in accordance with section 5 of the Crown Lands (Vesting and Disposal) Act Cap. 225, the lease to the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) of the parcels of land, the property of the Crown, being lots 9, 10 and 11 respectively and situate at Lower Estate in the parish of St Michael in this Island for the construction of its headquarters, inclusive of a warehouse. 2.
